Alves denies the allegations and will face a trial in the city where he became a football superstar. The procedure will begin tomorrow and go through Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutors are aiming for a 9-year prison sentence for the Brazilian, while the lawyers of the woman demand 12 years.<\/p>\n<p>Dani (40) was arrested at the end of January 2023 after the Brazilian visited Spain.
