He managed to take part in FP1 and FP2, but didn&#8217;t perform at his highest level.<\/p>\n<p>His place in the second Ferrari car will be taken by Oliver Bearman, who will not take part in this weekend&#8217;s F2 schedule.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Carlos Sainz has been diagnosed with appendicitis and will require surgery.<\/p>\n<p>As from FP3 and for the rest of this weekend, he will be replaced by reserve driver Oliver Bearman.
