San Antonio fought back and gradually narrowed the deficit, trailing by only 9 points at halftime, 49-58.<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio had a strong third quarter, chipping away at their deficit, which stood at 7 points heading into the decisive final 12 minutes of basketball, with the score at 79-86.
