Third-seeded Coco Gauff (USA) has advanced to the fourth round of the women’s hard court tennis tournament in Miami.<\/p>\n
Gauff defeated French Oceane Dodin 6-4, 6-0 in just 65 minutes in the third round.<\/p>\n
Dodin took a 4-2 lead in the first set, but Coco Gauff responded with a streak of 10 consecutive games. She turned it around to win the first set 6-4 and then clinched the second set 6-0.<\/p>\n
The next opponent for the American will be the winner of the match between Naomi Osaka (Japan) and qualifier Caroline Garcia (France), who eliminated Victoria Tomova.<\/p>\n
Also advancing to the fourth round is the 20th-seeded American Emma Navarro, who defeated 12th-seeded Jasmine Paolini of Italy 6-2, 3-6, 6-0. Navarro awaits the winner of the match between Jessica Pegula (USA) and Leylah Fernandez (Canada).<\/p>\n
