According to the police report, no signs of foul play were evident, and investigations are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Davis, who earned Pro Bowl honors in consecutive seasons in 2014 and 2015, made headlines when he abruptly retired during a game with the Bills against the Los Angeles Chargers in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his 10-year career, he amassed impressive stats, including 22 interceptions, 97 passes defended, and 395 tackles. &#8220;Extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Vontae Davis,&#8221; shared Colts owner Jim Irsay on X. &#8220;A great guy, teammate, player.
