Pistons, who finished with the NBA\u2019s worst record in the regular-season, fell to number 5. It\u2019s 2<sup>nd<\/sup> straight campaign that Detroit had the worst record but fell to the 5<sup>th<\/sup> selection.<\/p>\n<p>Houston, 41-41 this campaign, moved up 6 spots to land in the top 3.
