But chances are that Juan will not make it to the open market. He shared today that he is ready to start deal talks during the campaign if New York wants to approach his agent about a long-term deal.<\/p>\n<p>The MLB franchise from the Big Apple chief Hal Steinbrenner thinks about such a tactic for the 3-time All-Star and 4-time Silver Slugger, who is still 25 years old.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will do our best for Soto to play for the Yankees for the rest of his career in the MLB. I don&#8217;t think that anyone doubts our intentions,\u201d the Yankees owner shared in an interview today.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cMy door is always open.
