His recovery time is expected to be between 6 and 9 months.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">In February, Broncos GM George Paton said that Drew Sanders \u2014 who is now out until at least midseason after a torn Achilles tendon \u2014 would \u201cprobably\u201d end up as an edge rusher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce we left Drew at outside (LB), he finished strong,\u201d Paton said then. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/PAUoAS8eJx\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/PAUoAS8eJx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Andrew Mason (@MaseDenver) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MaseDenver\/status\/1792736414163231128?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">May 21, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>It is still possible that we will see the linebacker on the field before the end of the year if everything goes well with his recovery.
