According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Kings&#8217; management plans to offer Brown a new three-year contract valued at $21 million. With bonuses, his salary could potentially rise to $27 million.<\/p>\n<p>However, there is currently no agreement between the two parties, as Brown is seeking an annual salary of at least $10 million. The Kings&#8217; offer stands at $7 million per season over the next three years, falling short of Brown&#8217;s expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Brown still has one year remaining on his current contract, which expires at the end of the 2024\/25 season and includes an option for an extension. He also served as the head coach for the <a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nba\/team\/cleveland-cavaliers\/\"><a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nba\/team\/cleveland-cavaliers\/\"><a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nba\/team\/cleveland-cavaliers\/\"><a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nba\/team\/cleveland-cavaliers\/\">Cleveland Cavaliers<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a>, the LA Lakers, and returned to coach the Cavaliers for one season.
