As time went by, Georgia received the chance to take advantage in the extra time of the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half as they were given a penalty for a handball, and Metz forward Georges Mikautadze converted it as that was his 2<sup>nd<\/sup> goal at Euro 2024 as he also netted against Turkey to secure the lead after the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half for his nation.<\/p>\n<p>Czech Republic was able to convert its advantage in the match as Patrik Schick netted to make it 1-1 in the 59<sup>th<\/sup> minute.
