Carter averaged almost 20 points, 9 boards, and 4 assists in the last campaign for the Friars, triumphing with the Big East Player of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Sacramento signed DeMar DeRozan in a 3-team sign-and-trade with the Bulls and Spurs. Kings traded away Harrison Barnes and an unprotected 2031 selection swap to San Antonio.
