The UFC champion has been charged with assault and interference with communications.<\/p>\n<p>If convinced, Jon could be up to a year in jail and be fined up to 500 dollars for the assault charge &#8212; a petty misdemeanor \u2013 and 1000 dollars for the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> charge.<\/p>\n<p>The UFC star allegedly took the testing agent&#8217;s cell phone, questioned why the agents arrived in the morning, and warned that they don\u2019t know what happens to people who come to my home \u2013 they die.<\/p>\n<p>Despite that, the heavyweight champion is training to make his return to the Octagon to defend his title.
