However, Chelsea is asking for around \u00a330 million for the Belgian striker. Paris Saint-Germain was previously seen as the frontrunner to sign Osimhen, but negotiations with Napoli stalled. Napoli&#8217;s president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, insists on meeting Osimhen&#8217;s release clause of \u20ac130 million, which has complicated the deal.<\/p>\n<p>According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, the current negotiations suggest that Lukaku will join Napoli on a permanent basis.
