Despite that, Simone earned her 4<sup>th<\/sup> medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Simone\u2019s medal total (featuring 7 gold, 2 silver, 2 bronze) evens Czechoslovakia&#8217;s Vera Caslavska for the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> most by a female gymnast in the Olympics.
