The 16<sup>th<\/sup> of next month is selected to be the date when everything will begin.<\/p>\n<p>The EPL charged the Sky Blues on 115 counts of financial regulations at the beginning of last year after initially opening a probe 5 years earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The charges featured a 14-campaign period from 2009-10 onwards as the Sky Blues deny all of the charges and Man City even shared with the media that they have evidence to end the case with a positive verdict.<\/p>\n<p>The team from Etihad have already successfully fought legal action from UEFA as in 2020 they were suspended from UEFA tournaments but CAS overturned that later in 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manchester City&#8217;s hearing over their alleged 115 breaches of EPL rules is set to begin on September 16th.
