The 4-time MVP shared that he might reach out to the edge rusher to try to convince him to remain in the team and be part of \u00a0&#8220;a fun ride&#8221; in the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s always new things in the NFL,&#8221; the Jets quarterback shared after training. &#8220;I&#8217;ve been around 20 years; I&#8217;ve seen almost everything. I think as footballers we always first try to side with the footballer because we know what it is like to be part of this league.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rodgers added that he doesn\u2019t know Reddick well but will try to reach out to him and try to convince him to play with him in the upcoming campaign.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&quot;Obviously we&#39;d love for him to be here, but we don&#39;t judge him for trying to do what&#39;s best for him.
