As a result, George did not play in the 1st 5 matches of the new campaign.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The doctors told me that the problem is similar to the one that George had in the preseason,&#8221; the 76ers head coach revealed. &#8220;Paul was very close to returning to the floor, but I decided that the best option would be for him to rest until we know more about his problem.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Paul George will have more tests for his left knee hyperextension tomorrow but Nick Nurse believes it is similar to what Paul had in the preseason, a bone bruise, and doesn\u2019t believe there is structural damage.
