Ja\u2019Marr agreed to a 4-year, 161 million dollar contract that features 112 million dollars guaranteed, while Tee agreed a deal for the same amount of time for 115 million dollars that is guaranteed for the 1<sup>st<\/sup> 2 seasons.<\/p>\n<p>Ja\u2019Marr\u2019s contract has an annual average of 40 million dollars, setting a league record for a non-QB&#8217;s highest average annual salary.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NFL history: The Bengals have agreed to record deals making Ja\u2019Marr Chase the highest-paid non-QB and Tee Higgins the highest-paid WR2 in the league, per sources.
