The club did not provide a specific timeline for his return but expressed optimism that he would be fit before the end of the season.<\/p>\n<p>City, who are still battling to secure a spot in next season\u2019s Champions League, have a challenging schedule ahead. They are set to face Leicester and Manchester United this week, followed by a home match against Crystal Palace and an away fixture at Everton. They will then play Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on April 26th.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement on their website, City confirmed that the assessment of Haaland\u2019s injury is ongoing and that the expectation is for him to return in time to participate in the remaining games of the season, including this summer\u2019s FIFA Club World Cup.
