Despite this, one NFL employee was seriously injured in the shooting, as confirmed by league commissioner Roger Goodell in a message to staff.<\/p>\n<p>Among the victims was 36-year-old police officer Didarul Islam, who was working as a security guard at the site. Finance giant Blackstone also confirmed the death of one of their employees, Wesley LePatner.
