OneFootball (@OneFootball) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OneFootball\/status\/1960086275387510806?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">August 25, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Liverpool needed only 1 chance, and Ryan Gravenberch scored with a fantastic shot outside the penalty area to secure the lead for the away team in the 35<sup>th<\/sup> minute.<\/p>\n<p>Things became even worse for the home side when Anthony Gordon received a red card after VAR review for his foul against Virgil van Dijk at the end of the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half.<\/p>\n<p>The Reds began the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> half in the best way possible by scoring seconds after the start as Gakpo found Ekitike, and he doubled his team\u2019s lead.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Magpies didn\u2019t give up, and Bruno Guimaraes&#8217;
