The clash will take place on November 14 at the Kaseya Center in Florida, contested over 10 three-minute rounds with the weight capped at 195lbs.<\/p>\n<p>Although labeled an exhibition, the event will have an official winner. Both fighters will wear 12oz gloves, and three commission-approved judges will score the fight if it goes the distance. The fight will be contested over 10 three-minute rounds\u2026 world-class professional judges will score every round to ensure there\u2019s a decisive outcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul, who has fought up at cruiserweight, carries a major size advantage over Davis, a decorated lightweight world champion. Despite that disparity, both men insist the matchup delivers exactly what boxing needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think there\u2019s a lot of holes in his defense that a lot of people haven\u2019t exposed before,\u201d Paul said at their opening press conference. \u201cI haven\u2019t got a knockout in a long time, so I\u2019m itching.
