Partnering Lulham in the Emil Frey-run Ferrari 296 GT3, the reigning world champion delivered a masterclass in round nine of the endurance series.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from third on the grid, Verstappen wasted no time stamping his authority on the race. A bold late-braking move at Turn 1 saw him sweep past both cars ahead, and from there he was untouchable. After two hours behind the wheel, he had built a commanding 62-second advantage before handing over to Lulham, who completed the job to secure a dominant flag-to-flag win.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was great,\u201d Verstappen told RacingNews365. \u201cThe first two stints went really well. The car performs well on a dry track, I already knew that from qualifying.
