Flacco started against the same opponent in Week 3 as Cleveland\u2019s QB, and the Browns won 13-10.<\/p>\n<p>For the Bengals, the experienced QB will replace \u00a0Jake Browning, who started the last 3 matches in place of QB1 Joe Burrow, who is injured.
