The backing of the owner comes after a shaky start to the campaign in the EPL, as the team currently stands in 10<sup>th<\/sup> place.<\/p>\n<p>The club from Old Trafford finished in 15<sup>th<\/sup> place in the past campaign and lost the Europa League final to Tottenham, as many believed that this would be enough for Amorim to be dismissed. However, the Portuguese head coach kept his position in the summer, but rumors about his sacking began again after the awful beginning of the new season. Now, Jim Ratcliffe said that this is not in the plans: \u201cAmorim has not had the best of campaigns. He must demonstrate that he is a great manager over 3 years. That\u2019s when we will know if he is the right head coach for the Red Devils or not. The media, I don\u2019t understand.
