The decision comes as part of a more cautious approach after a series of setbacks that have plagued his career since 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u2019s operation marked the eighth on his right arm in just six years. His first surgery came in November 2019 to stabilize a shoulder prone to dislocation after falls.
