We acknowledge everything that he did for our franchise, but our results over the last 2 years have not been great, and that\u2019s why we take this step.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cleveland has revealed that Andrew Berry, who arrived in the organization with Stefanski in 2020, will keep his job as GM.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin\u2019s firing comes 2 campaigns after Kevin triumphed with his 2<sup>nd<\/sup> NFL Coach of the Year award and less than 2 seasons after he inked a deal extension.<\/p>\n<p>From 2020 to 2023, Kevin led Cleveland to 2 postseason appearances and the highest winning percentage (.552) for the Browns over a 4-year period since 1986-89.
