Then they had a face to face during John\u2019s interview on January 14<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The head coach, who agreed a contract by the end of that day and inked to be New York Giants boss by the weekend, was the preferred choice for Jaxson and his teammates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we heard that John Harbaugh could become our next head coach, that was the moment that made us happy and want him to be appointed,\u201d the Giants quarterback shared with the media. \u201cThat\u2019s why it\u2019s no surprise that we all can\u2019t wait to return to the field and being coached by John.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Caught up with Jaxson Dart today on the hiring of John Harbaugh.
