He is expected to ink a 5-year contract.<\/p>\n<p>The former offensive coordinator replaces Sean McDermott, who was dismissed in the past week after Buffalo was eliminated by the Broncos in the AFC Divisional round of the postseason. Joe was promoted to interim OC during the fall of 2023 after then-OC Ken Dorsey was dismissed.
