That job went to the ex-Chiefs OC and the Bears manager, Matt Nagy.<\/p>\n<p>It now gives John Harbaugh a lot on a newly minted offensive staff that features 2 ex-National Football League managers in Nagy and Callahan, an ex-college manager in offensive line coach Mike Bloomgren, and 2 ex-OCs in senior offensive assistant Greg Roman and TEs manager Tim Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Callahan was dismissed by Tennessee in the past autumn. He goes from working with last year\u2019s 1st overall selection, Cam Ward, to the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> QB picked in the draft, Jaxson Dart. Coincidentally, ex-New York manager Brian Daboll is now coaching Ward as the OC with the Titans.<\/p>\n<p>Before he was the Titans&#8217; manager, Callahan had a long history of success working with QBs.
