The women\u2019s hockey team also won the gold medals after a 2-1 triumph against Canada yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Jack\u2019s goal, less than 120 seconds in the OT, was assisted by Zach Werenski, who wrestled the puck away from Canada&#8217;s Nathan MacKinnon and sent a cross-ice feed to find his teammate open.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most important thing is that we won the gold medal for the USA,\u201d Jack claimed after the final. \u201cI love my country and my teammates. It\u2019s a phenomenal feeling. Our team is so strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The USA goaltender Connor Hellebuyck was the star for the U.S. as he finished with 41 saves.
