The Argentinian superstar spent most of his career in Spain with Barcelona, but now he is playing in the USA in MLS.<\/p>\n<p>Leo claims the language barrier has left him feeling &#8220;half ignorant&#8221; at times when he has the chance to speak with other incredible people.<\/p>\n<p>However, the forward shares that while he doesn\u2019t speak the language out of embarrassment, he understands everything.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of my biggest regrets is that I didn\u2019t learn English when I was young,\u201d shared Messi. \u201cI had the chance at least to study English, and I didn\u2019t. I had the chance to be in the same room with incredible people, and with my limited English, I felt half ignorant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always thought: \u2018I must be an idiot to waste my time like that.\u2019 But when you are a kid, you don\u2019t realize it.
