Ex-Liverpool player Jamie Carragher thinks Man United have become prisoners of their own financial decisions, unable to sell off falling footballers on huge wages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe when you are a team that spends enormous money, and those footballers are continuing to fail, you are not playing in the UCL as well, you got 1 of the biggest wages, eventually you can be the bigger spenders of the campaign, but achieve nothing,\u201d Carragher shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLiverpool and Man City are 2 of the few teams that have consistently won silverware and then spend big money.
