England head coach Thomas Tuchel claimed Cole Palmer “misses too many chances to impress” after not selecting the Blues attacker for this month\u2019s Nations League matches.<\/p>\n
Cole, who is 24 years old, dropped out of Three Lions\u2019 squad for their previous matches and is absent again for games vs. Croatia at Wembley and Spain in Madrid.<\/p>\n
Thomas has instead selected Fulham’s Josh King and Borussia Dortmund’s Jobe Bellingham for the first time. Both footballers are attacking midfielders.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have plenty of number 10s, and we stick to the players who were in the previous camp because we were happy with the 2 and a half weeks we spent together,\u201d Tuchel explained.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe add Josh King as a new footballer in there, but I want to see him on both wings. King can play all 4 positions, and that\u2019s extremely valuable to any coach.<\/p>\n
