The San Francisco 49ers are now ready to listen to trade offers for Brandon Aiyuk and have given the WR the opportunity to discuss a deal with other organizations.
It represents a big change for the Niners, who did not have the same willingness to listen to trade offers at the beginning of the training camp.
New England and Cleveland both have been in touch with the 49ers and are ready to trade for the star wide receiver. Steelers also wanted Brandon but at the moment they don’t want to give San Francisco what they demand for the wide receiver.
Pats have been attempting to acquire the WR in the past several months, and New England hasn’t rushed anything as they were ready to give the time for the process to happen.
It is still possible for Brandon to remain with San Francisco and competing out the 5th-year option on his rookie contract that would pay him over 14 million dollars.
This is not a simple trade to execute. Any interested team would have to meet the asking price of Brandon Aiyuk and the 49ers. It’s easy to meet one of those conditions but considerably more complicated to meet both. So far, no one has been able to do it. https://t.co/j66mJLBe7R
