Oilers forwards are among the 2022-23 NHLPA Player Poll results from NHL Players’ Association.
The results are from the anonymous 8th edition of this survey, which includes all 32 teams in the NHL. The poll happens during the 1st three months of the season and consists of 14 topics.
Since being drafted in 2015, @cmcdavid97 has taken the league by storm. Continuously putting up video game-like numbers, it’s not surprising his peers would select the @EdmontonOilers superstar as the forward who would make the biggest mark in a must-win game. #NHLPAPlayerPoll pic.twitter.com/RpiG4f8nSv

Some questions are who is the most complete player, the best defenceman, the right forward in a must-win match, which goalie they would choose to win 1 game, and more.
Almost 60% said Connor McDavid is their choice for a must-win match, while his Edmonton Oilers teammate is chosen as the best passer at twenty-five percent.
McDavid is the current leader in the NHL, with 136 points, while the next in the race is Draisaitl, with 30 points behind him.
You may as well call Leon Draisaitl an apple farmer because he’s the best at dishing them out!

One of the most prestigious things in this poll is who is the most complete player. Sidney Crosby, who plays for Pittsburgh Penguins, won it with 30% of the vote. He scored 29 goals and gave 54 assists in 70 matches this season.
