What does the team’s manager, Nick Nurse, think about the trade? When the organization reached him to tell him about the trade, the head coach was sleeping.
“I received a call,” Nurse shared with a smile after today’s training, “and I slept through it. But I did get up a couple hours later and came straight to work.”
Now, Nurse will have a different team – 1 without not only the Beard but also P.J. Tucker, who was on the court from the 1st minute in the 1st 3 matches of the 76ers, along with backup forward Filip Petrusev.
However, the positives are much more appreciated as the drama between Philadelphia and Harden has ended.
