Aaron Rodgers refuses to join Patriots

If the New England Patriots had traded QB Mac Jones, who is not having the best relationship with the head coach Bill Belichick since last year, who would be QB1 for the franchise in the upcoming campaign?

The logical answer is Bailey Zappe, but it is far more Interesting than the answer also could be Aaron Rodgers.
