The player’s agent already shared a preferred trade list with the Canadian NHL franchise as deal discussions continue to stall between Alex and the organization.
“I don’t think you can say it’s 100% sure, but if I have to bet, I think he will play for a different team in the upcoming season,” LeBrun shared of DeBrincat’s chances to be traded.
“What’s happened here is Alex’s camp, led by agent Jeff Jackson, gave Senators a list of franchises where DeBrincat would want to continue his career. The crucial reason is that if GM Pierre Dorion does trade him, he would want him to be inked through this trade so that he could get as much as possible in return.
