Another investigation has begun against Juventus, related to the club’s accounting in recent years, “La Repubblica” reports.
While the club is being investigated in the Prism case for falsifying accounting, evidence has been uncovered of the possible involvement of fictitious intermediaries in Juventus transfers. Thus, the Commission of Agents launched an investigation called Agentopoli.
It is about the club’s alleged practice of involving Italian agents in deals of the Old Lady without them having any role in them whatsoever. It is believed that in this way the Turin club wanted to repay the agents in question for old debts owed to them for previous deals.

Among the agents under investigation are several names that are popular in local football: Davide Lippi, Gabriele Giuffrida, Giuseppe Galli, Vincenzo Morabito, Michele Fioravanti and Tullio Tinti. Their defense must be submitted by today, after which the Agents’ Commission will decide whether to impose sanctions on the parties involved.
