Biles triumphs with record 8th national title

Simone Biles can’t explain herself as that is what she wants, but also she really can’t.

When Biles is at her best, as she did when she triumphed with her record 8^th U.S. championship, she shared that she feels like she’s in a simulator. It’s not autopilot but a fever dream.

During this time, Simone doubts herself every day and can prove to herself that there is nothing to worry about.

“I like to keep what I want from the future to myself, just so that I know what my goals are,” Biles shared. “I think things work out better that way. I’m trying to move slightly differently in 2023 than I have in the past. I think it’s working at the moment, so I will keep it secretive.”

It seems like the gymnastic champion found the much-needed balance in her life.
