Myers, who is considered one of the best general managers in sports in recent years, the deal will expire next month, and it was discussed in recent months if he will continue to be part of the organization as no agreement was reached. Today, the Warriors announced that Bob would part ways with them.
Myers, not typically for his job, talked to Golden State players during matches and was integral to calming conflicts inside the locker room.
He has been the general manager of Warriors since 2012.
