Miami Heat superstar Jimmy Butler promised to deliver better for his franchise after the defeat at home to the Denver Nuggets in Game 3. Miami played at their venue in the NBA Finals for the 1st time in 9 seasons, and the lack of energy and effort in that kind of situation is unforgivable.
“I don’t understand,” Jimmy shared after being asked about the lack of energy. “I can’t give you an answer. Maybe we’re in Florida; we think we accomplished something. I really don’t get it. It’s just we can’t allow it. It won’t happen again. It starts with myself. I must be better in defense. I have to go up and get boards. If I start accomplishing that, everybody else will be better.”
“Jimmy Butler failed the Miami Heat.”
