Both players will undergo workouts with the Boston team ahead of a potential switch.
Warren played 42 games last season with Brooklyn and Phoenix after missing the entire 2021-22 season with foot injury. He has averaged 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists in his 8-year long NBA career.
Stevens has a 3-year experience in the NBA, playing for the Cavaliers, where he averaged 5.3 points and 2.8 rebounds after being used as a substitution.
The two will provide the much needed depth for the Celtics, who will try to put behind their heart-breaking loss to the Heat in the Eastern Conference finals last season.
