“Without a doubt, I believe I’m a great quarterback at the moment,” Flacco told the media today before his 1st training with the Cleveland Browns.
After being on the bench for more than half of the campaign waiting for a chance, Joe finally inked with the Browns at the beginning of the week.
Cleveland was looking to sign a 3rd QB, with Deshaun Watson out for the rest of the campaign after undergoing a shoulder injury. His procedure was yesterday in LA.
Flacco was the only QB Cleveland tested to take Deshaun’s place on the roster. He will be a reserve QB in Browns to rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who, in his 2nd career start in the past weekend, led the franchise to a 13-10 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
