After the most impressive victory away from home in Denver’s history, Jamal Murray shared that nothing is done yet, and they need to triumph in 5 more games to accomplish what they wanted.
Denver beat the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 3 at Crypto.com Arena and is 1 victory away from clinching the Western Conference Finals. However, the superstar guard Murray wanted to remind his teammates that winning the title is still far away.
“Just keeping the team living in the moment,” Jamal claimed. “We must stay focused. You need 16 victories to win a championship, and we got 5 more to go, and Los Angeles is in our way, and they will not just let us close the series even after that deficit.”
Jamal Murray thought he was “damaged goods” and would get traded when he tore his ACL
