The Miami Dolphins have agreed to ink a deal with DE Calais Campbell.

The team’s outside LBs, Jaelan Phillips and Bradley Chubb, both ranked in the top 20 in the league in pass rush win rate in the past campaign before Jaelan tore his ACL in Week 12. Several weeks later, Bradley also suffered the same injury in Week 17. While the linebackers are expected to be ready for the upcoming season, the franchise didn’t officially reveal a timeline for either’s return, and neither appeared in organized Dolphins activities or the minicamp.
Fins inked veteran Shaq Barrett at the beginning of the offseason and continued to extend the pass rush depth, picking with 1s and 5th round selections Chop Robinson and Mo Kamara, respectively.
Calais (37) had a renaissance with Atlanta in his 16th National Football League campaign. The defensive end appeared in every match for the 1st time since 2019 – an ambition that he revealed when he signed with the Falcons in the past offseason.
