The new campaign starts just over a month after the Euro 2024 finishes, with the match for the trophy on July 14th.
The last matches of the next season will be played on May 25th, 2025, and the campaign will not feature a game on Christmas Eve after a backlash in the current season.
“In keeping with previous commitments made to teams to address the congested schedule across the Festive period, arrangements will be made to make sure more rest time over 3 of the festive game rounds, with no side playing within 60 hours of another game,” the Premier League admitted.
“There will be no match on Christmas Eve.”
Chelsea will face Wolverhampton at Molineux Stadium on Christmas Eve on Sunday.
