Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson signed a multi-mullion new deal in the offseason.
Now the quarterback is showing off some progress he’s made in training.
The Baltimore manager John Harbaugh was asked what he sees from Lamar at practice and how he throws the ball.
“He’s been fantastic at this aspect lately, and that’s a great question,” the head coach shared in his press conference. “We do look very closely at that. We have metrics on that. There are chips in the ball; we look at the numbers on that, and the numbers confirm that, too.
“Whatever you see in the videos — with the way he’s throwing — has been held positive with the numbers. He’s throwing the ball much better than he ever did before.”
Ravens hired new offensive coordinator Todd Monken, and it looks like things are working out very well at the moment, as the numbers confirm Jackson’s progress during the offseason.
After every practice, Ravens OC Todd Monken pulls a young fan out of the crowd to play catch with Lamar Jackson.
“They come out here wearing our players’ jerseys. I mean, how cool is that? To me, that’s really easy. You wish you could do it for all of them.” pic.twitter.com/i8VOTjAdgW
