Dallas Mavericks superstar Kyrie Irving claims that he is “happy to come back here” after 8th time All-Star re-inked with the NBA franchise from Texas in free agency as he had a chance to sign with other organizations.
Kyrie and Dallas agreed to a 3-year contract worth up to 126 million dollars on the 1st day of free agency, a deal negotiated by his agent and stepmom.
“I wish I would’ve got drafted by Dallas initially. Obviously, they weren’t in position in 2011, but just feeling how this organization wraps their arms around the guys.”

“It wasn’t too tough to finish things,” Irving shared after today’s training, the 1st time the player has spoken to the media since the final week of the past campaign. “Had Mavericks as No. 1 on my list. I looked elsewhere — salary cap opportunities, where I could fit in with other players in the NBA — but there just wasn’t much space. At my age, I had to have a different vantage point, and I felt like I could not just settle here but enjoy coming back here and be welcomed back by the fans.
